HOW TO MAKE AN EASY CANTABRIAN PIZZA WITH BLUEFISH
Lorentzero, our cook, and I met together with Iñigo and Borja Agote, our favourite surfers, to share these enjoying moments making their first homemade pizza. The result was a cookery lesson and two tasty pizzas. The recipe is really simple: flour, water, milk, baker´s yeast and salt for the dough. Mix and leave to ferment for 2 hours. Add tomato and cheese, 30 minutes in the oven and, finally, cover with Olasagasti Tuna and Olasagasti Cantabrian Anchovy fillets. Healthy and absolutely delicious!
