This year, as usual, the 36th Salon Gourmets is being held at Ifema (Madrid) from 17 to 20 April, and Olasagasti will be there.

Their organizers consider it to be the No. 1 quality Food and Beverage fair in Europe and one of the most prestigious in the world. We could not miss such an appointment and we will attend next month, of course, to this incredible meeting of producers, horeca professionals, chefs, distributors and customers who are committed to excellence, service and gastronomic enjoyment.
