An opportunity to exchange impressions and present our preserves, made by hand with fresh fish from the Cantabrian Sea traditionally captured, both for the gourmet range and organic.
Tradition
The women at Olasagasti work the anchovy exactly as the family has done for the last 100 years when Salvatore Orlando landed in Getaria founding one of the first Salting companies of the country.
The white tuna is usually unloaded at Getaria and Hondarribia harbours to be immediately processed -still fresh- in our premises. Here, the fish is boiled and we clean, cut and introduce it in tins and cans by hand with all health guarantees.

Innovation is vital in our company. We are in constant research to satisfy the needs of our customers creating new products following the current trends. At the same time, we have a traceability system that covers all phases of production and can identify in detail the history of each bite, from the boat that caught the fish all the way to the unit sold.
